I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum to ask, but can anyone recommend a good mechanic (for general repairs, hi-po parts installation, engine swaps, race prep, etc) and a good bodyshop in the LA area? Reasonable labor rates would be big plus.

I'm new to the Honda scene, so I have absolutely no idea who would be a good shop to work with.
