Hate to burst your guys bubble but the next Neon or whatever they call it is already scheduled to be on a fwd Neon platform for the next generation and the fwd Lancer (don't start talking about awd because you see Lancer) platform after that.

The mid-sized coupes (Stratus and Sebring hardtop) will be based on the new Galant that just came out.

The Stratus and Sebring sedans and Sebring convertible will also be based on a new Chrysler fwd platform.

So the only rwd passenger cars that come out in the forseeable future from Chrysler are the Dodge Magnum and Chrysler 300C. These are going to be smaller than something like a Crown Vic but still not that small. Right now the Magnum is only a wagon and the 300C is only a sedan. Top engine choice for both is the 5.7 liter 345 hp Hemi.

Ya ya off the SRT-4 topic but that's how it's gonna be.
