Now that winter is just about here, the cold weather is messing with my electrical system. Whenever it is cold out, my blinkers will not work for a while. Usually I turn them on pretty early, and they "warm up" and start working before I get to the turn. However, today they took forever to "warm up" and I had no blinkers for about 15-20 minutes

.
They did this towards the end of last winter too, and I didn't have the time to get it looked at. I tried changing the fuse for the directionals, but that didn't help at all. Other than this, my car is running just fine. I had the battery replaced last winter, and I'm having no other electrical or starting problems at all.
Any help/suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
