Okay, so I need to have my old D16Z6 head rebuilt for duty on the brand new D16Z6 block. Can anyone give me the simple steps for removing the head and can you tell me what needs to be removed for a rebuild or do I just give the shop everything. From my manual I see that the cam and valve assembly needs to come off. Do I then take those parts to th shop too? Thanks, I don't like the directions I have in the Haynes.
