and slowest speed vtec will engage is yer first gear mph at the standard engage point... thats common sense :doh:
so that means if you're going 60 mph, put the clutch in, let the engine rev down to 1500 rpm, then put the gas to the floor you'll hear vtec change over?
It doesn't just look at rpm. VTEC is one of the most stubborn systems because if its getting any wierd readings from just about any sensors, VTEC wont engage. I take it you've never done a swap?
