Actually just get any 5w-30 motor oil. I forgot that Honda uses engine oil in their transmissions.

actually its closer to 4 bucks a quart....ive ran honda MTF the last couple times i changed the tranny fluid,..its good stuff...so is redline MTF,..but some of the guys at ht.com swear on GM syncromesh being really really good shit
