Relay I am not 100% sure on.
The pad is easy......
Remove the "H" from the center of the steering wheel. Remove the 17mm nut and remove the wheel unpluging the harness.
Then flip the wheel over and you will see the screws that hold the pad on
*NOTE* there are 4 little spings under the pad that you DONT want to loose.
Flip the wheel back over and lift the pad off carefuly to not loose the springs.
You will see where the horn contact is and such.
