take a 2x4" or a 2x10" is even better and jack it up by the chassis materials. with the jack and that 2x10 you could spread out the pressure nice and not experience that bending again.


also, and i cant stress this enough:

PUT YOUR JACK STANDS UNDER THE NORMAL JACK POINTS FOR YOUR SAFETY

dont **** around with that ****, take extra care to protect yourself.

edit: and i actually have no problem jacking up my car far enough to get my wheels off while using that tow hook. if you need to you can also put that jack on top of some 2x4"s to help yourself out. use your imagination, just be careful.
