You can't do that. The D15A3 is the third generation Si engine which runs a vacuum advance distributor completely different then the 88+ electronic advance distributor (it also mounts differently, as you noticed.) The entire car would have to be reworked to OBD-0, which is absurdly difficult. For all the time you would spend doing that, at least make it worthwhile by installing an 88-89 D16A1 (Integra engine.) Similar results will come from an 86-87 D16A1, with no need to rewire the entire car.

I thought about doing the same thing to my car a while back, until I figured out just how difficult, time consuming, and expensive it would be considering the very minor power gains.
