I know the HASport mount kit doesn't rub the hood, at least they say it doesn't. If it does, cut out some of the underhood webbing. The crank pulley isn't going to "whack" anything.

Obd-0, doesn't it need obd-2, how do you get around it?
Use OBD-0 parts from a first generation B16A. They'll bolt onto the engine just fine. Some creative wiring may be needed, but putting an OBD-2 B18C1 into the CRX is probably the most difficult (or at least annoying) swap of all the B-series (ignoring the B20A.)
