Yes that could ruin a guys life but what evidence would she even have for this case. She would have had to have filed it a long time ago, not now after the evidence is long gone.
she doesnt which is precisely why i think its bullshit, even if its not shes still is dumb for a) getting drunk around this sketchy ppl and b) not going immediatly to the police..mind you i dont feel this way about all women that are allegedly raped..but this situation has a lot of loose ends
