Just use a needle nose pliers to grab the piece thats left, or you can try and pry where it latches with a screw driver. The plastic part does unscrew so you will be able to replace it.
I don't know if I can replace it, the piece was broken down in the hole, there's nothing left of it on top. Yeah I was thinking I could probably just use a flat head. Thanks.
