I wouldn't go that far. Her credibility does have some bearing on the case. Which is why Kobe's defense is desperately trying to prove the nature of her character. It's no different than if an ex con who's scammed people for a living tried to sue a large company for falling in a store, etc..
I don't know who's guilty in this case, for right now, only Kobe and the girl know.
it's different for rape cases. but they can defend kobe against allegations before the case/trial started.
the dirty panty is pretty good proof to throw doubts in the jurors mind that she had other sexual intercourse which could have caused the tears.
but you can't use her sexual past, her being a slut (if she is one) has no ground in this case.
also i believe a detective said she told him kobe stopped as soon as she changed her mind (i probably have the wording wrong).
Which show that he stopped.
but i think kobe has a good chance of getting off (pun intended).
