Default SERIOUS camber problems on my 5th gen!!

Okay, I dropped my car about 2 weeks ago on some 80 dollar ebay coilovers. and wow. my front tires have such horrible camber problems that since then, there is a bald line going all the way around inner tire. I think the rear is screwed up, too, just not as bad. Is there any way to adjust the severity of the angle of the front wheels w/o investing in a camber kit? i'm only gonna have this car through winter, so I don't really wanna put that much more $ into it. Also, the ride is bouncy as all hell. It feels like i'm on a pogo stick. if I hit a bump in the road, the people in the back seat hit their heads on the celing. no joke. Is this just what I get for using the stock struts w/ aftermarket springs? I've ridden in many other Honda/acuras that were dropped like this, and none of them had either of these problems!! Help!!
