its easy to pass emissions with a zc as long as uve got an extra hf ecu laying around in ur garage, cuz the zc ecu does tend to run a little too rich for emissions, i always just swap in my hf ecu and i pass without any problems, take the car home and then swap in my integra ecu for power. easy work around
