I've seen it done for $10-20 for four wheels with special paint. Bout two coats of gunmetal, a coat of primer then sometime spent in a special oven. Did it to a set of stock s2 rims.
Doesn't chip in daily driving but on circuit it chips.
hmm.. id prefer a complete strip of the silver and then redone iin gunmetal.... ii have no clue who does this locally.. time to research
