There are plenty of ways to get rid of the light.
-Take out the CEL bulb.
-Convert to a carburator (or two.)
-Convert to an aftermarket fuel injection system (or chipped Honda ECU.)
-Convert to OBD-1
-Reinstall the cat and O2 sensor.
-Install an O2 sensor simulator.
Some work better then others, but all eliminate the CEL light.
