How good at wiring are you? I might reccomend keeping the engine OBD1, and maybe getting a hasport OBD0->OBD1 engine conversion harneess and ecu crossover harness.

Then I would run a chipped P28 ecu. Unless you have a GSR manifold with the secondaries, in which case I'd run a chipped P72 (expensive). I'd reccomend ditching the GSR IM if that is what you have.
