The hubcaps are thowing you off. Hubcaps are evil. Any Accord will look great lowered on stock alloys, as long as it's not like more than 2.5" or something, but a sport drop will greatly increase the look, stock wheels or larger. With a drop of 2.5" or so, you kinda gotta have the larger wheels to complete the look.
