Accord lowered with 17/18/19" wheels > Accord lowered with stock alloy wheels > Accord at stock height with stock alloys.
The hubcaps are thowing you off. Hubcaps are evil.
Any Accord will look great lowered on stock alloys, as long as it's not like more than 2.5" or something, but a sport drop will greatly increase the look, stock wheels or larger. With a drop of 2.5" or so, you kinda gotta have the larger wheels to complete the look.
