Nope it was purchased early 90s. Its believable because when you live in the backwoods most people can't afford stuff like that. My uncle sold his farm 3 years back for $800 an acre, and there was 126 acres on the property. Just gotta realize that there are some parts where you can actually see miles of open land. My uncle now has only 12 acres of land and you can literally stand on the top of the mountain where he lives and see maybe 10-20 houses in the vicinity.
