Well, I have a JDM B16A in my Ex and prior to my greddy kit I walked several SOHC Turbo's and all I had was crower rods, cams, and stock air box with a K&N drop in. My best time NA was a 14.3 with much interior removed. I just installed the Turbo kit so I have not had a chance to get any solid numbers but let me just tell you that I can smoke my cousins 94' T/A by about three lengths now with ease, and he runs a consistant 13.9-14.0's. I am boosting to 8psi and I do have an intercooler. When I get a good boost controller and better fuel pump, I should hopefully be able to up the boost substantially since my block is already built. Total I have spent around $6,000.00 on the motor and Turbo kit. And thsi is my second B16A. I will also be getting the nitrous NX kit that sprays the intercooler (I just saw this in a mag recently). I have not decided on a full nitrous kit yet. Maybe after some more safety measures such as a block guard or sleeves. I'm looking at another couple of grand easy. But with proper planning a very potent D16Z6 or D16y8 can be built.
