I have a random technology High flow on my GSR motor, it is mated to a 4-1 DC sports header, with custom 2 1/4" catback exhaust and I have noticed allot better response at higher rpms, but at lower rpms I do feel that I lost some power.
I had a high flow cat before, but I changed to a magnaflow cat with 2 1/4 in/outlets to match the rest of my exhaust and I got my backpressure back.
