To elaborate, the rims are used 16" focus wheels. I cannot get anything smaller because it won't clear the SVT's brakes. New wintersport M2's are $92/piece so with shipping and everything its going to cost about $700.

For the stereo I would buy back my equipment from a friend for cheap (under $200). The custom install is cheap because my friend is helping me do it for the cost of materials and a case of lager. So, there stereo may come out a shy less than the snow tires.
