I'd go with rims and nice set of tires... that will make your car look good even w/o a body kit. Just my $0.02

I'd get performance mods a bit later... and to tell you the truth, the extended warranty places wont really give you too much grief on ur aftermarket parts unless they are SURE that is what caused the problem.

The things I've experienced w/warranty and lowering your car is CVboot damage, Axle wear, etc... other than that.. shouldn't be a pblm.
