I doubt it's the pump if you having been driving it that long. Besides if it were the pump your oil pump light would be on. I know because I blew the oil pump in my old D16Z6. Are you screwing the filter on by hand? If so, then I doubt it's too tight unless your superman. Even a clog would affect oil pressure. This is weird I have never heard of this before.
