You can't even get the console itself for that much, let alone everything else. I also picked up GT3 A-spec for $8.95.
Any cheat codes for GT3? I know w/the first GT, you could upload like a million dollars and some super tight cars to your memory card from one of those demo discs, anything like that out for GT3? Time to get some nice cars and fix em up.
