i know the main three things a motor needs to turn over is fuel, spark, and timing. if you have access to a timing gun, check your distributor timing. check spark plugs and wires to see if they are in good condition. it could also be internals of the distributor. when it cranks, does it crank slow or in a weak way? if so, then it could very well be a charging system problem. check the cables of the battery to see if they're secured to the battery and not corroded. and check the voltage of the battery. do those to get them out of the way. just get back and let us know on the progress.

oops, my bad, since you said the code is dealing with your fuel system, then, it may very well be a clogged fuel filter. just keep us updated.
