I am having a problem with my upper control arms hitting the inner fender. My ar is not dropped that low, I have a finer gap in the front.

My question is, can someone tell me where the upper control arms should be sitting relative to the top of the tire. People have told me that it should not be above the tire. But the knuckle is a fixed length piece and the upper control arm's position is dependent on the knuckle and the position of the body since these are it's 2 mounting points. Why is my upper control arms so high up in the fender. The outer edge (rounded part) is above the seam formed in the inside of the fender.

CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
