george foreman grill:
buy precooked chicken breast or salmon filets. throw it on the grill. then toss some seasoning on there.
side dish it with some steamed veggies and butter, or mashed potatos. i love my potatos.

chicken breast:
bread it with ur favorite bread crumbs
cut up some white mushrooms and toss em in a pan with some butter. brown them a bit. then toss a can of condensed mushroom soup in there and thin it with milk.
serve over the chicken and more mash potatos
