They tell me it's not ment to stay closed all the time, basically just on the highway while at a regular speed (making that loud irritating noise).

Like my exhaust, i love how it's LAF in the city... but when i'm on the highway for an hour, that 1 tone at 80mph is annoying.

do you believe this would hurt the engine in anyway on the highway at a set speed (which would be the only use for it)?
