Dude, I got the same exact car as yours. Our engine can handle moderate boost. I just hope you got a 5speed. When they recommend LOW compression, they meant for insane amounts of power. They're talking large-ass turbo and high amounts of boost.

I am boosting 5psi right now. Tuned/tested/installed by yours truly. I have no intercooler unfortunately. My funds do not permit an intercooler at this time...

More information: A high compression engine and turbo is your BEST way to make power; however, going this route is unSAFE if it's not tuned correctly. Many people recommend low compression because a lower CR means less heat is generated. This creates a safety net of some sort and allows more PSI to be pushed. In summary, given equal everything else, a higher CR will always make more power than a lower CR. High CR and turbo is VERY hard to tune and people tend to blow stuff up. Sorry, that may have been more than you wanted to know.
