If you have to ask, chances are pretty good you can't do it.

For some reason, I am thinking someone makes weld-in mount kits for the 4G body, but I am not certain. You will probably have to bang out some of the sheetmetal to give the engine a little more room to fit. You will definately need custom axles, an entire cable shifter assembly from a 90+ Accord or 92+ Prelude, a seriously upgraded front suspension, and a few other things I can't think of at the moment.

Mind you, the H22 is a huge engine compaired to the dinky little stock D15. That will cause a lot of headaches. This is far from an easy swap.
