the cams for turbocharged engines are typically short duration and high lift, because you dont want overlap[intake and exhaust valves open at the same time] or else you will force compressed air out of the cylinder. I'd wait on the cams, until you get your turbo on there. And if money isnt an issue, just gimmie $7000 and I'll put the best turbo that money can buy[j/k]. As far as exhaust, I'd get a 2.75" or 3" piping, but that would be extrlemely loud on a n/a car, so i would wait on that till you get a turbo too.
