I'm thinking that's gonna be a lot more restrictive than a silencer.

There are relatively quiet exhausts out there and unless you're making insane amounts of horsepower it makes more sense to go with one of those than to get a loud exhaust and then choke it off with one of these valves.

Also, with the valve being flanged for 3" piping (at least the second one) it's not going to fit any bolt-on Integra exhaust except for the Thermal Turbo 3".
