...at least mine won't. 125mph in a 2000lb FWD with drum brakes (and H-rated tires) is not for me. :nervous: I'll save that for RWD and AWD cars.
I'll probably never have enough track to find out what 4th will do in this car because I can't even use 3rd at the track (17.95 @ 75mph). I certainly wouldn't try it on public roads because my hatch doesn't give me an overwhelming feeling of safety, and people generally don't appreciate other people blazing down the road at 2.5 times the posted speed limit. Especially not the cops or your insurance company.
On DSMs there's literally a resistor you cut inside the ECU box and it disables the speed limiter. DSMers are some cheapskate bastards, and they always find out free ways to do things that would normally cost other people money. Someone out there has to know how to easily defeat it on a Honda. I don't recall ever reading anything about it, but it might be pretty simple to do.
