the best way to do this is get a rubber wheel from you local sherwin williams automotive paint store. the rubber wheel basically looks like a roller blade wheel but fits on any air tool. you can take the entire stripe off the car in about 5 mins. doesnt leave any scratches, and its easy on you
understand that the paint under the stripe will be darker than the rest of the car due to sun fading.
This is true about the paint but depending on how bad it is, you may be able to buff it out.
How does the rubber wheel work? is their heat involved? Do you just roll it over the stripe to lift it off? Do tell
