if you're running Norton Antivirus it scans as it downloads and will give you a warning and tell you about it...
it's saved my computer a few times... 
yeah well, last night I opend soemthing that I THOUGHT I already checked. and got some weird virus that runs it outlook express but doesnt show up as a virus to norton
