i have aem cai, and i can totally feel the power i got from it. i'm not worried much about hydrolocking because i live in socal, and my fending lining is intact and SHOULD do its job. also when i put in the intake, the filter actually sits quite high up near the opening. it's not even close to the bottom of the fender lining.
