This is a good website for *New* OEM accessories. The prices are less than a Honda dealer's but still not "cheap"

There are quite a few listings on eBay. Search using the keywords, "Accord Wheels" and "Accord Rims."

OEM alloys do look nice, but if you're spending money on new wheels you might as well upgrade their function at the same time. I have 16" Mille Miglia wheels on my 98LX sedan. They were only $99 per wheel and come in a 7" width, so I now have improved handling. The 16" is a nice compromise for someone like myself, and possibly you, who only wants one set of wheels with all-season tires.
