damn, get a settlement out of that guy....

i had a cousin get hit by a slowing bus as she was crossing the street. the bus was slowing down, but went into the crosswalk as my cousin was crossing the street, so it wasn't going that fast. there were many witnesses, and she wasnt severely injured (thank God) but enough to require a long recovery process (therapy, disability, etc). in the end she got something like $400k from the settlement.
