probably need to rebuild the carb on that puppy, does it pass inspection?
that mileage sounds horrible, especially since that car was designed during the gas crisis years and that is unacceptable mileage for any honda 1.8 L regardless, much less a carb model. u may have a bad sensor or emissions system that is eating gas
