ther are plenty of people that have had AEM CAI on for over 2years that have not had hydro lock. unless your car is slammed, and you drive through a big puddle that is the only way I could see getting your car hydro locked. just be aware of where you drive your car, and avoid any large looking puddles and you'll be fine.:thumbup:
Doesnt the intake end have to get submerged in the puddle to get the hydrolock?? I mean if it gets wet from a puddle splash it wont hurt it right?
So far ive gone through some hella rain storms with my AEM CAI and so far so good and ive went through puddles just fine, it sits pretty low to the ground but i always peek under there after i drove and it doesnt even look wet at all.
