yea i used to work out, and got lazy, now i have a christmas resolution of losing 15-20 lbs, might not seem like a lot by my normal wiegh was 100-105, and i weight 125 now, so i need to start working out again and maybe gain some muscle while i'm at it.
No more drinking for a month, untill haloween, then stop again, and no more junkfood. subway and salad for mee heheh, and fish and broiled chicken.
