I'm not sure if you knew or not but if you have a gsr then you have two cams.

I would first make sure you actually have Type R cams in there. And then go look around for dynos and tuners. To give you an idea, I took my gsr to get dyno tuned by a shop called Colletti Motorsports in Cincinnati and I was happy with the work done. The price there was $150 for the first hour, and then I think $100 or $75 for every hour after the first.
