itr cams will fit no problem. if you do have itr cams, tuning it on the dyno with gears and a vafc will get you some nice gains. nothing spectacular but its better than nothing. typical dyno fees are $100/hr. to give you an idea, a local shop here charges ~$125/hr for tuning.
