I got annoying-cuz-I-dunno-if-they-like-me issues too, but with this chick from my work.

She really seems interested at times and I been out with her and to her apt in a group setting. Sometimes I catch a huge vibe offa her but other times she's with this little short dude who she hooks up with occassionally but ain't her boyfriend.

I would have made a move for an actual "date" already (I have her number) but the work thing is a bit off-putting and the signals are confusing as hell.

Moral of the story: I think she's interested and there's definitely some positive signals being sent my way but I'm still confused as shit. So maybe this dude's confused too. Or maybe not. Or maybe he don't wanna try to hook up with some chick he's gonna see regardless of whether things go well.
