If you're trying to get that deep into the ETs though you should really consider a B-series or H22 swap. It'd be a helluva lot simpler and probably even cheaper.

The engine, with 18 lbs. of boost and a 100 hp shot of nitrous, made 412 hp to the wheels at 6900 rpm and 365 ft. lb. tq. to the wheels at 6500 rpm.

That's an all-out drag car and it pulled that ET on slicks.

Like I said, possible but not really practical.
