NGK is the way to go for honda's. I did alot of research on plugs because I wanted to upgrade as well. There are alot of companies claiming that their plugs and wires give a good smooth increase in power. However I read an article on a group of individuals that dyno tested various plug/wire combos. I wish I could find the article for you and me again but anyway, the final result was NGK all the way. They gave the smoothest power across the line
