how do i d that?

would it be really high rpm if i downshift from 3rd to 2nd at 80km/h? would it damage anything, cuz i was trying to turn but then this guy won't let me, so i kinda cut him off and turn at 80km while downshifting to 2nd, i wasn't looking at my revs, but i let out the clutch kinda slow.
